After school I went to PCC but was in the full time work and living force and couldn't get my classes I wanted during night school, I got together with David Walker and we moved up to North Idaho, Married and lived on the land for about 8 years, we built a tiny house and lived with out running water and power for that time, it was a challenging life to say the least. After my desire to have friends, I was not the loner type, We went our separate ways, I left the woods behind and moved into town, there I met and Married Ken and we have been together since 1984. We had an Optometric practice in Sandpoint Idaho and also had a Motel in Darby Montana (Motel for 5 years) dont know where we had the energy to be that busy but it was fun and we learned so much about building. We have lived in a few homes, remodeling them and then moving on. Lost it all to medical problems (Ken) no insurance so are rebuilding life again from the ground up, We now Live in the country in a small ranch house and yes remodeling again. I think Life has been great because Ken lived and we both learned so much along the way. Life is good. and I will not be retiring any time soon if ever. I love to ski in the winter and bike to work in the spring summer and fall and love to play outside in the garden, kyak on the big lake. life in Sandpoint is good with always lots to do and never a dull moment.
